- By signing up as a volunteer, you are committing to the dates and times as communicated for events.
- As a representative of our organization, we expect volunteers to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
- Ensure that your contact information is accurate and up to date, so we can reach you with any updates or changes.
- Volunteers are expected to adhere to a dress code suitable during event. This includes wearing your volunteer t-shirt.
- Please note that your volunteer application will remain active for one year from the date of acceptance. If you wish to continue volunteering with us beyond this period, you will need to resubmit a new application.
- submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into being a volunteer at FEF. Each application will be carefully reviewed and candidates will be chosen based on the organization’s needs and applicant’s suitability for the available roles.
- After you’ve been shortlisted, you’d be providing us reference on demand.
